Airport transfer
For airports, the pick-up and delivery take place in the following way: one of Cronoscar's agents will be waiting for you at the Arrivals terminal (domestic or international) with a card with your name written on it.

Delivery methods
If the online car rental booking form is filled and sent through our website, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you specified in the form. At the same time, your booking will be placed and registered in our electronic car rental system.
After this, you will receive an offer including the date and location of delivery, as well as the car rental price and all promotional offers shown on our website. After you confirm the booking, your rented car will be delivered at the location of your choice.
Payment methods
We offer the possibility to choose from various payment types. All of our agents, including thos from Buchares and our main office in Ploiesti have a POS (credit card reader), to use the credit card for payment.
The customer pays in full, at the delivery of the car, both the rent and option costs and the amount of the deposit and any additional fees set by contract. Invoicing is made in LEI at UniCredit bank exchange rate, which can be consulted at www.unicredit.ro. We accept cash or Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro and Mastercard.
Rates do not include fuel costs, road taxes (other than road vignette for Romania), any fines posted during the rental period, parking fees, non-insurance damage. All these amounts will be paid by the Client.
