Airport pick-up and delivery

Fast delivery (pick-up)
Because we have no rented office in the airports, we can offer a 10% discount as well as numerous advantages, like the possibility of unlimited mileage, with no extra cost. The delivery of cars for rent is handled from Ploiești, with the benefit of fast delivery (easy access to airports from DN1).
Easy payment
We offer the possibility to choose your payment method. All of our agents are equipped with POS devices for reading credit cards, to receive payment for rent and deposit on the spot from Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro credit cards. We don't bill any kind of extra fee, regardless of payment method, and currency conversion is made using BNR exchange rate and NOT by applying encreased values of that rate.
Client support and promptitude
Our agents in the territory responsible for delivering the vehicles are always close you. When making your lease, you will receive a confirmation email. Simultaneously, your reservation will be recorded in our system, following that you will be contacted with an offer that will confirm the price on the site, date and place of delivery. Also, our agents will respect the place of delivery requested by you and for deliveries in international airports you will be greeted as follows:
- The car will be placed in the airport's parking lot, right next to the Arrivals terminal and the delivery agent will be waiting inside the building with a placard with your name on it, near the metal bar that marks the exit of the terminal. We recommend you open your mobile phone. In case of any problems you will be contacted by telephone. Also, our agent will track your flight's landing, waiting for the arrival luggage unloading.
- In no event (except delays lasting > 3 hours) our agent will not leave the Arrivals terminal building before meeting with you, and if he does, he will return immediately before the plane lands.

Location
Delivery of rented cars is fast (from Ploiesti) avoiding congestion at the exit from Bucharest. Thus, we are able to honor your order in a timely manner, without causing a nuisance to you. In most cases, we can cover the distance between Ploiesti and Bucharest airports faster than in areas outside of Bucharest.
Car fleet of over 700 vehicles
Cronoscar's vehicles are new and unbranded, our company policy being to permanently replace used cars, allowing rental cars to reach a maximum of 3 years of service. After this period, our cars are not rented anymore.
